Return Policy

You have 3 (Three) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, the GearNexus Team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the status of your refund after completing the inspection.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
• You will receive the refund within 7 (Seven) working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Policy

• Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 5 to 7 working days

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
